🚨 Important House Rules

Please note that the property is located in a quiet residential area and the following rules must be respected:

🚭 No smoking anywhere in the property
🚫 No parties, events, or excessive noise/music
📌 Any parties or events will result in immediate cancellation of the booking
🤫 Quiet hours after 9:00 PM
🚫 No pets allowed

A security deposit (from £500 for single-night bookings) and proof of ID will be required.

⏰ Check-in & Check-out

* Self Check-in: From 4:00 PM

* Luggage drop may be possible from 12:00 PM if cleaning is still in progress.

* If the property was not occupied the previous night, early check-in may be available.

* Final check-in details and PIN will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

* Check-out: 10:30 AM sharp please.
(This allows our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests.)

Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 & 6 (first floor accessible by stairs):

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 6 have double sized beds, Bedroom 5 has a King size bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs, wardrobes, hairdryers, portable fan, & USB ports

Bedrooms 7 & 8 (second floor accessible by stairs):

Each bedroom has 1 double sized bed, smart TV, work desk with lamp, wardrobes, hairdryer, portable fan & USB ports.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

🔑 24 hours prior to your arrival, we will send you your self check-in PIN & instructions via your booking platform which will allow you to access the keys to the house and the electric gates from the secure on-site lock box.

➡️ Standard self check-in is from 4PM on the day of your arrival and we can usually offer some flexibility on this. You may drop your luggage from 12PM if needed if the house is still being cleaned following the departure of the previous guest. If the apartment hasn’t been occupied the night before, then you may check in as soon as you arrive. We will coordinate with you the evening before your arrival.
