This apartment is brand new, spacious, light, airy & very contemporary.

You will have your own private entrance & no apartment facilities or spaces are shared, your apartment is private and for your sole use only.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, pot/pans, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, separate dryer, vacuum cleaner.

2 Bathrooms: both have power shower, toiletries, shaving plug, hairdryer, Bluetooth mirror, heated flooring.

All 3 Bedrooms have 2 double sized beds (4 guests per room, 12 guests in total). Bedding, linen, towels, clothes iron & board, digital safe, mirrored wardrobe, pedestal fan, smart TV, USB charging points.

SECURITY:

We have CCTV in all communal areas – parking forecourt, corridors, garden a& over the front porch where the lock-boxes are located.

SELF CHECK-IN:

24 hours prior to your arrival, we will send you self check-in details via this platform and/or phone messaging Apps. A PIN will be provided to you prior to your arrival which will allow you to access the apartment keys and/or key card from secure on-site lockboxes.
