We kindly remind all guests:

NO pets, NO smoking, NO parties/events, NO excessive noise or music.

Quiet hours: 9PM onwards.

We try to accommodate early check‑ins when possible, depending on cleaning schedules. Luggage drop‑off is available from 11AM. We will coordinate with you the day before arrival.

Late check‑outs are not possible.

This is a private, self‑contained ground‑floor apartment with its own entrance—not shared with anyone else.

After collecting your keys from the secure on‑site lockbox, step inside and enjoy:

Each bedroom includes:
• Hairdryer

• Bedding, linen, bath & hand towels (provided free of charge)

Please note:
We cannot provide extra beds, bedding, towels, or change the room configuration.

There is also an iron and ironing board.
