The space
📌 This is a lovely apartment located on the second floor. The location is a 1 minute walk from the Redbridge underground station in Zone 4 on the Central Line.

➡️ Standard self check-in is from 4PM on the day of your arrival and we can usually offer some flexibility on this. You may drop your luggage from 11.30AM if needed. If the apartment hasn’t been occupied the night before, then you may check in as soon as you arrive. We will coordinate with you the evening before your arrival.

⬅️ Check-out is by 10:30 AM on the day of your departure please.

We are pleased to present the following facilities, which you will find on arrival:

🛏️ Bedrooms: the 3 bedrooms each have 2 double sized beds, smart TVs, wardrobes, digital safe, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, pedestal fans & USB ports.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

🍽️🚰 A full kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, an initial supply of handsoap and dish detergent, and many other facilities to provide you with a comfortable stay.

🚿🚽 2 luxurious bathrooms with power showers with an initial supply of toilet paper, body and hand soap. Also included for free use is a separate washing machine (detergent not supplied) and tumble dryer.

🛋️ An airy & bright lounge with smart TV, sofa and dining table and chairs, air conditioning and ofcourse free Wi-Fi.

🚗 Parking is available on our forecourt on a first come first served basis. There is free parking on Vista Drive & Falmouth Gardens. Parking on Roding Lane South directly outside of the apartment has restrictions from 1PM-2PM Monday – Friday. Free parking from 2PM on Friday’s and all day on Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays. Always check restrictions before parking.

😷 We adhere to social distancing measures and check-in is strictly self check-in.

🔑 24 hours prior to your arrival, we will send you your self check-in PIN & instructions via your booking platform which will allow you to access the key card & keys from secure on-site lock boxes.
